Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging with tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after use
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
You must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clear reason for return
- Images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (if replacement is not available)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Ouchi Wear is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit upon approval of the return.
